Embroidery on curved baseball caps requires a completely different stitching order than flat garments. Flat path sequences will slip, distort, and result in registration gaps (especially over cap seams). We digitize all cap files starting from the bottom-up and center-out.
This pushes fabric fullness evenly outward, preventing fabric bubbles, maintaining exact border alignment, and ensuring that designs sew out perfectly on curved, structured, or unstructured hat faces.
