Raised 3D Foam Path Engineering
3D Puff requires specialized digitizing rules to look professional. Standard satin stitches will not cut the underlying foam cleanly, leaving unsightly foam fibers poking through. We digitize 3D puff designs with dual density layers and incorporate solid end-caps (capping stitches) on all satin ends.
This completely encases the embroidery foam, cuts the foam edges cleanly during stitching, and creates a thick, rounded, 3D raised effect that is durable and looks exceptional on final sew-out.
